The cancellation process depends on where you originally purchased your Aimlabs+ membership. Follow the steps below for your purchase method.
Purchased through Steam
The easiest way to cancel is directly through the Steam client.
- Open Steam and click your username in the top right corner.
- Select Account Details from the dropdown menu.
- Click Manage Subscriptions on the right side of the page.
- Locate your Aimlabs+ membership and follow the on-screen steps to cancel.
Alternatively, you can manage your subscription through the Steam support website. Visit Steam's Help Page, log in to your account, navigate to your active subscriptions, and cancel from there.
Purchased through Aimlabs.com
- Go to Aimlabs.com and log in to your account.
- Click on Log in or your avatar in the top right corner and select Account Settings from the dropdown.
- In the left-hand panel, select Subscription.
- Click Update Subscription, then select Cancel Plan to complete the process.
Important
Cancelling your membership stops future billing, but your Aimlabs+ benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
