How do I share my custom playlist?

To share an editable playlist with someone:

1. From the Main Menu click Custom
2. Select Playlists 
3. Create a new playlist and save it OR select one you already created and click the Edit button
4. Click the Upload To Workshop button
5. Add a 512x512 icon image for your playlist(required) and a description(optional)
6. Click upload
7. You can then view your uploads from the Workshop in Steam to set permissions, share links etc
