I am stuck on the login screen.

If you have issues getting stuck at the login screen after submitting your info:

  • Check File integrity in Steam
    1. Right Click Aim Lab in Steam
    2. Go to properties
    3. Go to Local Files
    4. Click Verify integrity of game files...

If the above doesn't fix your problem try this:

  • Rename aimlab_tb folder (general fix for a large variety of issues tied to settings, especially when verifying file integrity doesn’t resolve the issue):
    1. Close the game,
    2. Press the windows key + r at the same time
    3. Copy/paste this into the box that comes up: %userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Statespace (or find the install location if using a custom install)
    4. Rename the "aimlab_tb" folder to "backup" 
    5. Launch Aim Lab

(warning, this fix will reset your settings to default and temporarily reset your rank - you can get your rank back by following this guide.
