Having trouble accessing or unlocking your purchased membership or in game content?
If you purchased in game cosmetics or a membership and didn’t receive your content in game you can click submit a ticket above and select Purchase Help and make sure to include a screenshot of your receipt that contains Transaction/Order ID for the purchase and the following per platform information:
Steam:
Aimlabs account email address/Aimlabs UserID(can be found in settings)
Steam ID(17 digit number, not your Steam name)
Epic Games:
Aimlabs account email address/Aimlabs UserID(can be found in settings)
