Having trouble accessing or unlocking your purchased membership or in game content?
If you purchased in game cosmetics or a membership and didn’t receive your content in game you can click submit a ticket above and select Purchase Help and make sure to include a screenshot of your receipt that contains Transaction/Order ID for the purchase and the following per platform information:
Xbox:
Xbox Gamer Tag/Aimlabs UserID(can be found in settings)
Playstation:
Aimlabs UserID(can be found in settings) - We currently are unable to look up accounts based on PSN names, to help with any account related issues on PS5 we need your Aimlabs UserID)
