How Do I Cancel My Console Aimlabs+ Membership?

Purchased through Xbox

Subscriptions can be cancelled through Microsoft’s website or on the Xbox console.

Cancelling through the website:

1. Navigate to your Microsoft account’s subscription page at https://account.microsoft.com/services.
2. Locate the Aimlabs+ Subscription and click the Manage button on the right side.
3. Cancel the subscription.

Cancelling through Xbox:

1. Navigate to the Settings App.
2. Scroll down to the Account menu.
3. Select the Subscriptions menu.

4. Select the Aimlabs+ subscription and click the cancel option on the status row at the bottom.

    

Purchased through PlayStation

Subscriptions can be cancelled through the PlayStation App (Mobile) or on the PlayStation console.

Cancelling through the PlayStation App (Mobile):

1. Open the PlayStation App.
2. Tap the PS Store icon and the menu icon (three lines).
3. Select Subscription Management.
4. Locate the Aimlabs+ subscription and select cancel.

Cancelling through the PlayStation Console:

1. Select the Settings menu on the top right of the home screen.
2. Go to Users and Accounts.
3. Select Account, and then Payment and Subscriptions.
4. Select Subscriptions.
5. Locate the Aimlabs+ subscription, and follow the on-screen prompts to cancel.
