Found a bug? There are two ways to report it, depending on your situation. If you can access the game normally, the in-game report tool is the quickest option. If you are experiencing a crash, hard lock, login issue, or anything else preventing you from getting into the game, use the support site form instead.
Reporting In-Game
Press F1 anywhere in Aimlabs to open the Bug Report window. You will see two fields:
- Email Address - Optional, but recommended. Providing your email allows the team to follow up with questions, file requests such as logs, or share potential fixes.
- Description - Describe the bug in as much detail as possible. Include what you were doing when it happened, whether it has occurred more than once, and any other context you think might be relevant.
A screenshot of the game will be automatically attached to your report along with debug information. Hit Submit when you are done.
Reporting via the Support Site
If you cannot access the game, submit a bug report through the Aimlabs support site. You will need to provide your email address, a subject line, and the description of the bug you are reporting. It is also helpful to select the specific product you are using, such as Aimlabs PC, from the drop-down menu. You can also attach any screenshots, videos, or log files that might help the team investigate the issue.
The more detail you include in either form, the faster the team can identify and address the issue.
