If you are having trouble signing in to your Aimlabs account, the issue is usually related to login credentials, account linking, or a local configuration problem. Follow the steps below to resolve the most common login problems.
1. Make Sure You Are Using the Correct Login Method
Aimlabs supports several login methods, but they cannot be mixed.
If you created your account with:
- Email and password → log in with email and password
- Google → log in using Google
- Discord → log in using Discord
- Twitch or Riot → log in using that same provider
If you try a different login method, Aimlabs may treat it as a new account, which can make it seem like your account is missing.
If you are unsure which method you used:
- Try logging in with your email and password
- If that fails, try the third party providers you may have used
2. Reset Your Password
If you cannot log in with your email and password, try resetting it.
Steps:
- Open the Aimlabs login page
- Click Forgot password
- Enter your account email
- Follow the instructions sent to your email
If you do not receive the reset email:
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
3. Double Check Your Email or Username
Sometimes login errors happen because the email or username is incorrect.
Make sure to check:
- Spelling mistakes
- Whether you used a different email address when creating the account
- Whether the account was created through a third party login instead
If you originally signed up using Google or Discord, you will not have a password for that account until one is created through account settings.
4. Verify Game Files
If Aimlabs opens but gets stuck during login or fails to authenticate, verifying your game files can help.
Steam:
- Open your Steam Library
- Right click Aimlabs
- Click Properties
- Go to Installed Files
- Click Verify integrity of game files
Epic Games:
- Open your Library
- Click the three dots next to Aimlabs
- Click Verify
5. Reset Local Aimlabs Settings
Corrupted local settings can sometimes prevent login.
Steps:
- Close Aimlabs
- Press Windows Key + R
- Paste the following path: %userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Statespace
- Locate the folder named: aimlab_tb
- Rename it to something like: aimlab_tb_backup
- Launch Aimlabs again
This will reset local settings but will not delete your account or progress, since that data is stored online.
6. Check Your Internet Connection
Login issues can sometimes occur due to unstable network connections.
Try the following:
- Restart your router
- Disable VPNs temporarily
- Make sure your firewall is not blocking Aimlabs
7. Try Logging In Again Later
If login suddenly stopped working, the issue may be temporary. Waiting a few minutes and trying again often resolves server related issues.
8. Try registering your email address again
Before contacting support, try creating a new account using the email address you expect to be linked to your Aimlabs account.
We’ve had cases where users accidentally registered with a typo in their email, meaning there isn’t an actual account under their correct address.
Re-registering can help confirm whether your email is already in use or not.
If you get the error message that the account already exists then try clicking Forgot My Password on the login screen.
Not getting your password reset email? Hit the Submit A Request button at the top of this page and make sure to include both your account email address and username so we can track things down.
Unfortunately, we're not able to share any account details unless we can verify ownership through the email address on file — so if we can't reach that inbox, our hands are tied.
8. Contact Aimlabs Support
If you still cannot log in, contact Aimlabs Support and include:
- Your Aimlabs username
- Your account email
- The platform you are playing on (Steam, Epic, etc.)
- The login method you are using
- A screenshot of the error message
This helps the support team locate your account and diagnose the issue faster.
